Knowledge, training, or certification in continuous improvement methodologies such as project management, program management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, 5S – preferred.

General Science, Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, Environmental Public Health Degree (4 year), and strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in preparing clear and concise high-quality verbal, written and visual presentations that effectively utilize storytelling techniques.

Ability to navigate ambiguous environment while balancing multiple, complex projects and programs to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
