Product Safety Specialist Jobs in Georgia

2+ years of experience in quality or pest management experience within a food manufacturing, lab or related environment

Comply with all regulatory statutes to include MSDS, applicator certification, documentation logs, and labels.

Obtain, maintain and update pesticide applicator certification.

Identify and treat three primary types of pest contamination: insect, bird and rodent.

Audit sanitation through the factory

Maintain work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary fashion

General knowledge of the Workers' Compensation requirements.

Strong technical and business analytical skills

Possess excellent skills in oral and written communication using the English language

Working knowledge of power plant equipment and systems

Knowledge of OSHA and other regulations and standards

Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier regulations applicable to Commercial Motor Vehicle operation
