Product Safety Specialist Jobs in Iowa

7+ years in a product management role, designing and shipping complex products for developers, ML professionals, or similar

Partner with peer product managers to develop RAI specific prompt crafting playbooks for Copilot partners and engineers/scientists.

3+ years of experience in machine learning and/or AI

Experience in Responsible AI or Code safety

Location: In this role, you can work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Design guardrails in the product to ensure these models output are safe, secure, reliable and trustworthy.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position

Supports Utility Operations in the management of developing safety training programs/strategy/presentations/workshops/communications/policy/rules.

Safety Specialist II: 4-6 years of related experience

Safety Specialist III: 7-10 years of related experience

Sr. Safety Specialist: 11-14 years of related experience

Preferred: Previous transmission lines experience
