Product Safety Coordinator Jobs in Ohio

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Consults with the company manager regarding the implementation of new safety procedures.

Demonstrates broad knowledge of state and federal safety guidelines for the workplace.

Exhibits knowledge of appropriate emergency protocols.

Possesses knowledge of legal repercussions of workplace accidents.

Possesses solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Working knowledge and experience with ISO 14001 certification

Key member of the management team.

Recognized as a safety role model by Leadership Team (Management) and Team Members (hourly personnel).

Assist plant supervision will all requirements and responsibilities of the Core Safety Program.

Track and analyze observation thru Intelex and present results to management team and Safety Committee.

Travel requirements – intercompany, education, & benchmarking

Excellent computer skills preferably in Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook

Help lead and drive Safety Top of Mind and Take Control of Safety

Environmental, OSHA, health, and safety recordkeeping and reporting
