What’s a typical day as a Product Coordinator? You’ll be:

Responsible for the product line management to maximize revenues and profitability while still remaining competitive.

Develop and improve the product line management and processes to support sales growth

Present product material for dealer schools, sales meetings, and management meetings as needed

Develop and improve competitor knowledge database to compete through creative sales promotional ideas.

Travels with Regional Sales Managers calling on present and prospective customers as needed

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (writing and verbal)

Adopt Lean, Agile, and SAFe Product Management to scale selected solutions.

Demonstratable in-depth knowledge and implementation experience to scale innovation and Digital Products using Lean, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.

Lead and manage Product/ Service Design & Innovation engagements, artifacts creation, and delivery.

Plan and own the quality, budget, and staffing on such engagements working closely with senior clients and/ or account managers.

Contribute to business development and internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

Experience in leading programs where stakeholder engagement is a key requisite to achieving successful program/project delivery.

10+ years of relevant experience in product management, R&D, innovation management.

Experience in hardware/firmware/digital product development and launch.

Proven experience and success in the Branded Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) space.

Experience collaborating with other disciplines within a fast-moving marketing, development, and commercial organization.

Experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.

Experience of working in a high growth, big thinking & fast paced environment

2+ years Online Banking, Cash Management, and/or Treasury Management product experience

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Work with Design team to define research necessary and develop design concepts for improved client experience

B.S. degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of product experience in the payment or financial services industries, preferably serving commercial/business clients

Strong technical acumen, experience working directly with scrum teams a plus
