Business Degree or 3+ years’ experience in innovation development and launch

Position reports directly to Manager, PNC China Product Innovation

Utilizing data sources (Nielsen, Euromonitor and other 3rd party) to support and highlight opportunities

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience in project management

Advanced knowledge of Gantt Charts, Asana, and similar project management tools

Track and manage scope, assess impact and risks to project delivery

Ensure completion of user, quality and compliance testing to meet project validation requirements

Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of pertinent manufacturing processes required for plastics, metals, glass, and fabric materials

Demonstrate strong strategic thinking skills, as well as exceptionally strong communication skills

Bachelors Degree in a related field; or comparable work experience in lieu of degree

Prior Retail/Merchandising/Product experience in footwear or fashion preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
