3+ years of broker-dealer compliance experience

8+ years professional work experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment in a Sales, Strategy & Operations, or Management Consulting role

Strong organizational/project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines

Experience in client facing roles and ability to manage external relationships

Experience leading high functioning teams to drive forward complex initiatives
