5+ years of relevant experience including managing team required

Prepares and manages sourcing events (RFx) and bid packages as needed.

Bachelor's Degree required with 8+ years’ experience.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Cost reduction project leadership experience in a related environment preferred.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and superior follow-up and follow-through skills.

Team player and influencing skills required to establish and sustain a lean culture.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Utilize CAD drawings and technical knowledge of Automotive and Proto-Type parts to evaluate and assess supplier capabilities and product specifications.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in purchasing, contracts, and supply chain management.

Strong proficiency in PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other technical software.

Manage the purchasing and procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
