Title: Procurement Manager - Clinical

Location: Remote - EST work hours

Submit purchase requisitions and manage contract approvals through the legal repository system

Manage selection process and develop strong relationships with vendors in conjunction with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree with three years of Phase I Clinical outsourcing experience

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in a dynamic and growing organization

Experience with external stakeholder management and navigating internal teams

Experience in the ecommerce industry and existing knowledge of business requirements, technical trends, and addressable markets

Manage all aspects of benefits at Airbnb for the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina including:

Manage capital procurement process from RFP through implementation.

Determine scope of work including cost analysis, issue RFP's and RFQ's, choose and contract national and regionally based suppliers.

Lead vendor negotiations for new products and services, as well as renegotiation of existing contracts.

Focuses on the following areas: KPI management, issue management, cross-functional stakeholder management, total cost negotiations, contract management and supplier development.

Bachelor’s degree in business management or another related field preferred

Successful track record of setting priorities; keen analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills that support and enable sound decision-making
