They work with individuals to ensure they comply with the terms of their probation or parole, and provide guidance and assistance to help them become productive members of society. Detailed Job Description Probation Officer Sterling 03 2022 is responsible for providing supervision and support to individuals on probation or parole. They will work with individuals to ensure they comply with the terms of their probation or parole, and provide guidance and assistance to help them become productive members of society. This includes conducting home visits, monitoring compliance with court orders, providing referrals to community resources, and providing guidance and support to individuals on probation or parole. They will also be responsible for preparing reports and making recommendations to the court regarding the individual's progress. Job Skills Required
