Communicate with manager and team members about deadlines, ideas, and questions about projects or processes

Oversee and supervise execution of task and assignments of other writers (as deemed necessary)

Attend virtual client meetings and off-site workshops on project basis

Maintain up-to-date files on Company’s internal file sharing system

Develop resources to assist the Writing and Account teams maintain up-to-date information about product claims, language changes, references, trademarks, etc.

Determine staffing requirements and conduct interviews

Candidate must have either Supervisory skills or 2 years minimum in the Printing Industry.

General knowledge and use of Oce and Canon digital monochrome and inkjet color print production printers and software is a plus.

Must be very detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Strong Leadership skills are required; must be able to coordinate the work of others effectively.

Must have strong planning skills with the ability to think proactively.

Manages directs reports and works independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects

Possesses expert knowledge of the science in order to use it innovatively

6+ years of industry/agency experience with ability to mentor new copy hires, associate copywriters, or interns

Strong communication skills, including ability to present internally/externally

Experience building strong client relationships

Articulates a clear direction to art partners, direct reports, or junior staff

Strategies that drive action in today’s consumer using the full toolbox of today’s technology. LARGE SCALE ACQUISITION-RETENTION-CRM-PROGRAM OPTIMIZATION-DIGITAL EXPERIENCE.

Extensive understanding of beauty/fashion/lifestyle space. Strong knowledge of hair category ideal, but not required.

Relevant experience developing copy for a variety of marketing channels including in-store visual merchandising, ecommerce, paid/organic social, and internal communications

Rich experiences helping write brand taglines and compelling product copy.
