About the Position

Propeller is looking for a copy supervisor ready to dive into a fast faced environment with excitement and agility. Someone who is both analytical and creative bringing passion to their work and leading by example.

As the Copy Supervisor, you are responsible for shepherding projects from start through completion, across brands and for a broad range of media and audiences. You will work closely with the creative and account teams to produce strategically and creatively sound work that aligns with the client’s marketing strategies. You are expected to provide strategic insights, take ownership of projects, and to continually offer suggestions to help improve internal processes and the quality of our work.

• Communicate with manager and team members about deadlines, ideas, and questions about projects or processes
• Recognize problems with process or quality of jobs and provide solutions
• Develop a variety of marketing, training, and corporate communication materials and programs, including creative concepts for campaigns, product launch planning and asset creation, convention planning and materials, journal and banner ads, print and digital brochures/fact sheets, e-modules, video storyboards, web copy, social media posts, and PPT presentations, through writing, editing, researching and providing strategic guidance
• Develop resources to assist the Writing and Account teams maintain up-to-date information about product claims, language changes, references, trademarks, etc.
• Attend virtual client meetings and off-site workshops on project basis
• Oversee and supervise execution of task and assignments of other writers (as deemed necessary)
• Give, receive, and implement feedback from manager and other departments and clients
• Maintain up-to-date files on Company’s internal file sharing system
