Principal Management Consultant Jobs

Execute service offerings for foundations, nonprofits, educational institutions and systems (districts, CMOs) and state education agencies

Leadership experience in a school district, charter network, and/or state education agency, or providing technical assistance to these systems leaders

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in public policy, public administration, business, education, Juris Doctor or related fields preferred

Identify new clients, especially education institutions, systems and funders, with whom we should partner

Guide project managers to set and monitor project work plans and drive the project to completion at or under budget

Experience with consulting, providing technical assistance or leading strategy development

Strong background in the Telecom Vertical (3G, 4G and 5G). Having a good understanding of IOT market is a plus.

Strong understanding of 3G, 4G EPC and 5G Core architecture, procedures, call flows, protocol stacks and Interface details

Strong understanding of Telco signaling protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, Diameter, etc.).

Detailed understanding of end-to-end network call flows across service provider network domains (Wireless, Wireline, IoT).

Strong understanding of 4G LTE Diameter protocol, command codes, AVP’s, and common Interfaces (S6a, Gx, Gy, Rx, S13).

Good understanding of 3GPP standards and processes in the EPC, PCC and 5G Core space, both stage 2 and Stage 3

Possess traffic coordination and project management skills.

Experience with email marketing, social media and social media management platforms, including: Sprinklr, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Nextdoor.

Possess strong writing skills — AP Style knowledge a must.

Highly skilled with Microsoft Office products, with experience using design tools such as Canva. Familiarity and experience with WordPress a plus.

Experience shooting and editing videos, including familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

Must have excellent organizational skills with a high level of flexibility and agility.

Manage and provide continued development for our performance management program, Core Conversations, including training, support, and citywide communication.

Lead the organization-wide Employee Survey process including communications, vendor management, survey design support, survey launch, and post-survey data analysis and delivery.

Instructional Design, Learning Management Systems & Tools, Curriculum development, evaluation, and ROI calculation - including the ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models

Leadership & management best practices, instruction, and coaching

Licensing, Certifications And Other Legal Requirements

Assist the broader CI and Learning teams with other projects, assignments, and tasks as needed

8-10 years of Technical Program / Project Management experience.

Bachelor of Science in Math or Engineering or Science Project and/or program management certifications (e.g., PMP)

Anticipates bottlenecks and risks, lead escalation management, manage dependencies and tradeoffs.

Proven technical background and experience leading delivery teams in a matrixed environment.

Expert knowledge in the product development life cycle, including processes and tools that support agile methodologies.

Expertise in working with global and remote teams & partners, understanding multi-cultural nuances.

Knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to participate in project planning sessions.

Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent experience in Healthcare IT Project Management preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) or qualified by experience is useful

Familiarity and appropriate competent use of project management applications (ClickUp, MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.).

An understanding of Product Management and Development.

Experience in cloud-based software implementation, which may include end user training, and supporting implemented software systems.

Knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to participate in project planning sessions.

10+ years of environmental consulting experience.

Professional certifications and licenses as appropriate.

Experience with state and regional environmental programs/regulations. Experience with federal Superfund (CERCLA) and RCRA corrective action remediation programs is a plus.

Ability to generate consulting fees to produce annual net revenues.

Help lead the office in technical excellence and employee development, and collaborate with our other Principals to provide vision and direction.

Experience managing key project workflows and overall coordination of projects in a Project Manager role

Finance, Statistics, or Engineering; Master's and/or MBA preferred

Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients

Track record of quickly becoming knowledgeable and speaking credibly about a wide range of subjects and themes

Other language skills (e.g., Spanish) are not required but a plus

Advising an energy infrastructure group to formulate its CCUS strategy and assess its internal capabilities for execution

7+ years of pharmaceutical or related work experience including prior leadership or management roles. Consulting experience preferred.

Model N, Vistex, iContracts or other revenue management or government pricing compliance software experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must have experience leading meetings with senior executives

Functional and reporting requirements gathering/documentation and business process design

Mentor and share subject matter expertise with others to help develop individuals and capabilities delivering world-class solutions for clients.

Pharmaceutical domain experience in one or more of the following areas:

Schedule management and risk management.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive management, peers, employees, clients, other agencies and the public.
