Utilize school’s behavior management and intervention strategies including but not limited to de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and PBIS strategies.

Collaborate with facilities management to address maintenance and infrastructure needs.

Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred

Collaborate with the finance department to prepare financial reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to the school administration.

Understanding and management of a P&L for project resources

Ensuring the Project Manager has all the resources required to complete the project

Ensuring that the client can prioritize functional requirements during the sprints based upon recommendations on impact, urgency and cost.

Understanding of managing complex multi-million dollar client projects and requirements with engagement up to C level

Demonstrate knowledge and confidence in executing and implementing implementation best practices, Agile development, methodologies, and content services platform technology

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Assist in the management of student technology

Support and uphold the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school

Support and assist with the responsibilities of the principal as directed and serves in the absence of the principal

Assist the principal in developing and maintaining an effective educational program consistent with the mission and philosophy of the school

Prepare and manage progress reports and report cards

Certification in Educational Leadership by GaPSC preferred

Master's degree in education or related field required

Knowledge of alternative educational programs, including independent study

Ensures adherence to federal and state laws, reporting requirements and maintenance of school plans

Administrative duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time

Manage, coordinate, supervise, coach, and direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of team members and oversee their daily activities

Knowledge of curriculum, including highly developed competencies in at least one content area
