Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Investigate and track incidents that violate the company's integrity culture through daily store visits.
  2. Investigate and track incidents that violate the company's process system through daily store visits.
  3. Through daily store visits, evaluate the cash safety, personnel safety, product safety, fire safety, etc. of the store.
  4. Trained knowledge of operational integrity, process, safety, and risk to reduce operational risk.
  5. Track abnormal data of relevant departments (abnormal business payment, points, return, distribution, purchase, report loss)
  6. Store inventory accuracy and loss control.
  7. Other tasks as assigned by management.


Qualifications

  1. 2 years of experience in loss prevention or inventory management.
  2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  3. SAP experience is an asset.
  4. Must be able to travel to different store locations in the area and as needed across US up to 100% of the time.
  5. Ability to access and operate the company computer system to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.
  6. Willingness to work irregular schedules and extended hours (including holidays, weekends, and peak seasons) as needed.
  7. Detail-oriented, well organized, and a proven ability to multi-task.
  8. Good written and verbal communication skills
