Ensures and manages the process for collection of membership dues, administrative fees, PAC, and other non-dues revenue

Experience nurturing strategic local, state and federal government agency and elected official relationships.

Ability to simultaneously organize and manage several priorities while working under pressure and deadlines.

Ability to take ownership of a process and to use problem-solving skills to resolve issues.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the senior management team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

• You are an expert in operational management, resource allocation and process optimization.

• You’ll need knowledge of the following areas:

o Skill in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Oversee inventory purchasing, inventory production and cash flow management.

10+ years’ experience leading an omni-channel apparel company. Experience with swimwear is a plus.

Lead strategy and execution across all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting and accounting.

Ensure that company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to meet targets.

Oversee HR, including implementing hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development procedures.

15 years' experience building a go-to market strategy and corporate sales plan

Anticipated target salary between $225,000 and $275,000 with potential for total compensation over $300k
