Assist in preparation of SFC Capabilities package, resources, services, customer presentation packets including PowerPoint presentations as needed.

Responsible for maintaining customers within credit terms, sales agreements and proposals

Conducts research as needed and assists in development of proposals and contracts using word processing applications

Coordinates and arranges customer/SFC meetings – scheduling and confirmation with all parties, preparation of agendas, facilities and coordination of necessary resources

Manage expense report, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings at conferences and coordinating live meetings with clients.

Support and manage client documents such as MSA, NDA, RFP, etc.

Support the leadership to manage Salesforce and SharePoint documents and reporting.

Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Exceptional analytical, organization and prioritization skills.

Ability to complete tasks while maintaining a positive customer experience (internal and external stakeholders).

Per guidance and direction of Group/Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, place productand merchandise in the specified area of the dept

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Processes, tracks, and follows up on special orders and repair requests; communicate status toclient advisors.

Assists with special events / Made to Measure / truck shows; processes and reconciles necessaryinvoices and client orders.
