A minimum of three years management experience, required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Develop clientele management strategies including retention, ACT maximization, reminder system management and client care improvements.

Preference will be given to B.A. Management or Leadership, M.B.A., CVPM and CVT/LVT candidates.

Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT (division strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats); analyze and implement effective responses.

Former veterinary experience is preferred.

4+ years of practice/operations management experience with multiple locations.

EMR conversion/change management experience with how to roll out processes and following up to ensure staff is completing their tasks.

Labor management - ability to lead people and strong understanding of how to manage hourly employees. Ability to influence change well.

Experience creating a culture of accountability, developing staff, and ensures checklists, SOPs, and tasks are completed.
