Prefer 2 years B737/B747/B757/ B767/B777, A320 or ERJ Line Maintenance experience.

Returns to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing logbooks or customer authorized documentation.

Performs additional duties as assigned. Relocation assistance available.

High school diploma OR GED

Strong influential management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in.

Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.

5 years of experience in manufacturing required.

Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others.

7 Years operations supervisory experience showing increasing levels of responsibility.

Demonstrate effective leadership of mid-level management toward achieving operational goals

Ensures the team understands roles and responsibilities relating to the team and Greif.

Manages and maintains safety observances, ensuring guards and safety features work and promoting good daily safety practices and habits.

10 or more years of relevant experience in the Corrugated Industry as a production leader.

Experience with leading and applying lean principles in a manufacturing environment

Engineering and providing technical support for their gas turbine engines and CCGT power plant equipment

Field engineering support for equipment inspections and troubleshooting

Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred

Bachelor’s Degree, higher education desired.

Hands-on leadership experience, ability motivate and develop people.

Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing Practice, Continuous Improvement, 5S/6S, Value Stream Mapping, certified in LSS is a plus.
