Job Description

Position: Senior Operations Manager (100K-140K)

Location: Nampa, ID

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and department-specific initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports to top management.
  • Maintain equipment and collaborate with the Maintenance department.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive manufacturing efficiency through data analysis and process optimization.
  • Oversee hiring, performance appraisal, and employee coaching.
  • Lead the team to meet performance, volume, and quality goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or technical school.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic algebra.
  • 3 – 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes, including HTST pasteurization and filtration.
