HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • People Development – help our team grow and learn through coaching and developing leaders on continuous improvement processes while , promoting skill-set enhancement , recognition, compatibility, and employee progression/readiness.
  • Culture Ownership – people safety is our top priority here. You’re responsible for owning the department culture that includes safety, quality, and driving our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
  • Budget Planning – you’ll participate in the business planning and budgeting process by developing short and long-term cost savings strategies
  • Driving Metrics – build upon our success as you look to measure production, delivery, quality, cost, safety, and morale through scorecards.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree with significant managerial experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Collaborative work style, ability to partner with leaders of other functional areas and business partners to drive overall performance
  • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations
  • Experience with leading and applying lean principles in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
