Policy Governance Analyst Jobs

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

Knowledge transfer and cross-training on operational processes to other support personnel

Identify and communicate opportunities for program process efficiencies and automation

Utilize and develop proficiency with governance tool set

• Previous experience in project management support and working with senior stakeholders

• Excellent organization and process management skills

• Assist with the management of all related Working Groups.

• Support the Regional COO Americas management of risks and issues.

• Support the Regional COO team with the Client Experience Framework for the Americas.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

1-3+ years of experience within corporate governance/compliance

ESG promotion coordination with Marketing and Brands teams Example

Administration of digital platforms and support

Ability to built relationships, work productively in a team setting as well as independently

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Adobe Acrobat

Have a strong sense of urgency, organization, and possess a great attitude

Contribute to the client experience by working on client projects and deliverables

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

Key responsibilities may vary but will generally include:

Assist in the development and maintenance of databases with an eye towards streamlining processes

Over time, build relationships with clients, institutions and relevant third-party firms as opportunities arise

Assist in business development efforts and opportunities

Project management experience, strong organization skills, detail-oriented.

BA/BS or equivalent; emphasis on health science, public health, and/or health education preferred.

Knowledge of principles pertaining to the ethical conduct of research and privacy regulations.

Excellent communication skills to diverse and sensitive audiences.

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Provide timely and accurate communication with stakeholders on IRB submissions and project deadlines.

Solid working knowledge of corporate compliance and policy governance program requirements, regulations, and best practices.

Passion for compliance and policy management;

High level of comfort with management of IT system-based processes and programs.

At least 10 years of compliance program experience, with a focus on policy governance preferred.

Proven ability to lead, manage, build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively with colleagues across organization entities/departments, geographies, and cultures.

Detail oriented with excellent organizational, writing, and presentation skills. Ability to draft documents in English at first-rate level.

Adhere to established communication plans and resources regarding the CCO policy program, and occasionally deliver policy management presentations.

Drive to learn and leverage new sets of skills or knowledge outside of core job functions

Assist the CCO Policy Manager with ongoing and purpose-built reporting by tracking policy life-cycles, including approvals, revisions, and implementations.

3-5 years of experience in policy governance roles

Experience holistically managing 1-2 business units from a policy governance perspective

Experience managing competing projects, with ability to effectively prioritize and shift with little to no notice

Adhere to established communication plans and resources regarding the CCO policy program, and occasionally deliver policy management presentations

Drive to learn and leverage new sets of skills or knowledge outside of core job functions

Assist the CCO Policy Manager with ongoing and purpose-built reporting by tracking policy life-cycles, including approvals, revisions, and implementations

3-5 years of experience in policy governance roles

Experience holistically managing 1-2 business units from a policy governance perspective

Experience managing competing projects, with ability to effectively prioritize and shift with little to no notice
