Requirements:

  • Comfort in communicating with, presenting to, and influencing senior leadership
  • Ability to multi-task with exceptional project/time management and organizational skills to manage deliverables in a timely manner, with a keen attention to details
  • Over time (long-term focus), willingness to travel for client meetings and to attend conferences/industry events to gain up-to-date market perspectives
  • 100% integrity, maturity, and sound judgment a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Highly engaged and motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while seeking support when needed; ability to present new ideas
  • Bachelor’s degree with a good GPA from an accredited college or university
  • Critical thinker with the ability to think independently and creatively; 1-2 years’ experience conducting analysis, drawing appropriate conclusions to make informed recommendations preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset
