Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience demonstrating financial modeling skills (2+ years).

Understanding of P&L concepts and management accounting principles

Bachelor degree required. Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent preferred.

3+ years of financial analysis experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting preferred.

Completed military flight and applicable training courses as required IAW 95-20. Must meet the qualification requirements of AR 95-20.

Performs maintenance trend analysis and applies production control, quality control and other maintenance management principles and procedures to aircraft maintenance operations.

Minimum of Ten (10) years of aviation maintenance experience required.

Deploy when required to support contract requirements when maintenance test flights are anticipated.

Must have demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written. Must be fluent in the English language.

Working knowledge for operating navigational and communication equipment installed on the aircraft.

A passion for teaching others through strong communication skills

Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
