Clutch is looking for a Project Manager with Pharma Agency experience for a direct hire position with a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate kick-off meetings, validate and distribute finalized deliverables with routing forms, and route jobs via Jig using automation feature
• Set up job files and maintain file folder tracking on Box for all disciplines
• Close jobs and coordinate retrospective/post-mortems on high visibility and complex projects
• Facilitate collaboration between departments, disseminate meeting notes, and ensure quality assurance/quality control measures
• Drive agency weekly status meetings, guide change orders and revised estimates, and coordinate final deliverables with selected partners
• Review and assist with SOW finalization, collaborate on project work plans, and create/revise schedules
• Maintain accurate records of time and expenses and adhere to company standards of excellence to deliver projects on strategy, on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption.
• Communicate regularly with teams, document activities and submissions, and maintain status reports.
