Qualifications / Experience / Certifications

Ensures appropriate actions are executed for incident management, problem management, asset control, and configuration management

Guide users through technical solutions to ensure user experiences are undisrupted

Typically requires Associates Degree with one year of related experience or High School Diploma with six years of related experience.

Serve as users’ primary interface for tier one IT support and equipment deployments

Accept telephone calls, web-based requests and in-person based IT service requests

The contractor support services shall include unlimited telephone support, online support, periodic upgrades and enhancement to Resource Patient Management System.

Secure remote access can be achieved using a remote control application such as Remote Desktop via VPN.

Title: Personal Computer Support Technician (REMOTE)

Information and assistance will be available from the Help Desk 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Support calls will be responded to by contracting staff within four hours of each call during normal working hours.

Standard telephone response is limited to the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm E.S.T., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Bachelor’s degree with research experience

Experience in lending industry is a plus

Working knowledge of personal loans terminology, service structure, and important metrics

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

2+ years of experience providing end user IT support services preferred

Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Support server/workstation installations and technology refreshes

Support the tracking of Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGS)

Assist in artifact development as well as continuous monitoring activities

Lead and assist with projects as needed

Background and experience in coding

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or closely related discipline) or equivalent work experience

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Knowledge of data analytics, data mining, and algorithm concepts

Knowledge about Apple Devices, IOS and experience with providing technical support for Apple Smartphone, IPad, PC or Mac.

Previous work experience with PC Deployments.

A basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting.

Installing and configuring Dell Hardware.

Install programs/software using SCCM based on specific needs of the user.

Perform data migrations using various tools and accurately document the installation and or removal of equipment.

-Utilizes an IT Service Management system for documenting and managing incidents and service requests.

-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.

-Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g. Directory Services, Network Configuration, Image Creation, Storage, network and workstation security.

*Must live in the Washington DC Baltimore Area*

-Installs, configures and maintains software applications for MAC and Windows computers.

-Imagines computers and replaces existing equipment as needed.
