Previous experience using property management systems

Maintain a working knowledge of food & beverage offerings at the green o and The Resort at Paws Up

Computer, typing and Microsoft Office experience and skills

Current Driver’s License with 2 years driving experience

Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Excellent customer services skills, communication skills and organizational skills

Live-in or Live-out | Permanent position

Looking after the family when they are residence

Looking after guests during hunting parties and for dinner parties

Liaising with the Chef to ensure a seamless and timely service of meals

Being hands-on with general housekeeping and laundry (working with and overseeing a team of Housekeepers during the hunting season)

Completes other tasks as assigned by Camp Manager and butlers.

Maintains thorough knowledge of inventory items, PAR levels, daily checklist, and Resort facilities.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and all other Resort programs in order to monitor PAR levels and restock camp supplies.

Operates company vehicle to transport staff, guests, and supplies around the Resort.

Ensures alcohol inventory and delivery is completed daily.

Removes dirty linen, trash, and towels after departures.

Have at least 3 years of management experience.

Possesses superior process, project and time management skills.

Wine cellar and smart home systems management.

Schedule personal appointments. Calendar items forwarded by principals and Estate Manager.

Shipping various packages; manage returns.

Have experience managing 3+ subordinates.

Doctorate -employment rels, human resource mgt, org

Demonstrated success in obtaining external funding to support one's research agenda is an advantage.
