Experience within luxury hotel or cruise delivering personalized luxury service and hospitality

Knowledge of luxury butler programs and awareness of the importance of an anticipatory service culture

Capable of understanding the application software being utilized to support The Personal Concierge Program

College degree or relevant experience; additional education or training in healthcare or dementia care is desirable.

Basic understanding of medication management and familiarity with common medications used for dementia.

Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for clients, taking into account their cognitive abilities and limitations.

Promote physical activity and exercise consistent with unique physical abilities.

Prior experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Maintain & update CRM and project management systems

Manage complex and ever-changing personal and professional calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings, appointments, and events

1-2 years experience in luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, or personal assistant roles working with VIP clients, celebrity talent and UHNWIs preferred

Experience working in fast-paced, high pressure environments

Efficiently address and resolve member requests and inquiries

Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, securing luxury accommodations, and arranging transportation
