Performance Reporting Analyst Jobs

Contribute to the development of performance analytics materials for internal management

Strong data gathering and analysis skills

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

User level knowledge in Tableau

Develop understanding of the AO operation; understand the key business drivers with a focus on improvement

Understand key performance indicators including costs and other business metrics; analyze trends and understand variances

Support AO leadership in the decision-making process

Experience manipulating and sifting through large, complicated, unclean datasets

Serve as liaison with Link’s Operations, Technology, and Finance teams, partnering with them in the build-out of dashboard and analytical platforms

Prior experience with advanced data analytics

Experience with data warehouses or relational databases preferred

Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Deep desire to solve complex problems

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Analyze requirements and provide/recommend optimized solutions.

Must have a strong level of business acumen to include exposure to Finance (P&L) supporting complex manufacturing environments.

Remote - Preference for East Coast Candidate only.

Business research and analysis, including financial analysis.

Lead and participate in workshops.

Previous experience implementing data management, performance & attribution systems

Compile & Analyze performance and attribution reports, and optimally communicate results to senior management, client portfolio managers and portfolio managers

Advanced knowledge of the reporting requirements across multiple distribution channels (’40 Act & Private Funds, Institutional SMA, Retail HNW)

Three years or more experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a performance reporting capacity

Experience implementing efficient workflows, operational improvements & controls

1-5 years' experience in data analysis, performance analytics or growth data metrics.

Hands-on, extensive experience with Excel and SQL

Dashboard visualization experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Azure Databricks experience a plus

• 5+ years of financial analysis, alternative investments, fund reporting or similar experience

• Strong knowledge across alternative investment strategies including credit, private equity, and real estate

• Experience producing Fund reports or responding to investor requests a plus

• Produce comprehensive fund reports detailing fund/investment/portfolio/platform-level performance and exposure analytics

• Update and maintain models used to generate investor reports and other deliverables

Investment Performance Metrics Reporting - Private Equity Firm

Assist in providing management with analysis and insight of Morgan Stanley's financial results in coordination with the broader finance team

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize and manage multiple deliverables

Minimum of 7 years of experience

Significant prior experience analyzing financial statements and managing large data sets

Proficient Microsoft office skills with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analyses with clarity and brevity

Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Familiarity with document management systems and their functionality.

Review and balance credit card and all other tender type payments processed by Clerk cashiers twice daily.

Effectively manages multiple requests and prioritizes time sensitive inquires.

Provides amazing customer experiences in person, on the telephone and via email.

Comprehensive knowledge of criminal and civil court procedures and documents.

Performance Reporting / Portfolio Accounting experience including understanding of finance/investments and accounting concepts

Prioritization skills: ability to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously

Monitor and manage workflow to ensure team is meeting client obligations and deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of work experience

5+ years of relevant industry experience
