Hr Peoplesoft Business Systems Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).

Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.

Evaluating jobs and reviewing both existing and new positions and communicating the results of this to senior management.

Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.

A minimum of two year's experience in a similar role.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

5 years relevant experience required

4 year degree in MIS or related field required

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Candidate must have US and Canada payroll experience.

HR Global Payroll BA Ability to solve complex business issues.

Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to lead system implementations and upgrades.

5+ years of experience managing an HRIS and related systems in HR, payroll benefits and talent.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Develop and implement data standards, workflows, and system policies to ensure accurate and consistent data entry and reporting.

Ensure appropriate controls are implemented, enhanced and followed to fully meet security and compliance requirements across all systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and conduct testing to ensure successful deployments.

Strong experience gathering, documenting, validating and configuring technical requirements

Strong HCM technical design and configuration experience

Experience creating and implementing HDL Load templates and other core HR functions
