Experience with Workday is required

Support tasks spanning the full employee journey, including:

Partner with our Manager, Employee Experience to support any culture initiatives and events to strengthen Bubble’s culture and celebrate our employees

3+ years of relevant experience in a role that required strong organizational skills and detail orientation

Be a first point of contact for general employee questions on topics such as employment verification, benefits, perks, etc

Is passionate about employee experience and culture building

Can wear many hats at once and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Has experience with Google Workspace, Slack & Macs

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping

Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs

Database management, record keeping and updating data on HRIS (Human Resource Information System)

Manage the recruitment process using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit a superior workforce.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Manage and maintain internal candidate database

Highly detail oriented with effective project management skills

Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and People Ops Teams, to ensure a positive employee experience

Set up and facilitate performance management cycles (Check-Ins, Mid-Year & Annual Review Cycles and additional feedback loops)

Develop strong relationships with employees, managers and leadership

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all areas of the business, including core product knowledge

Support employee & manager trainings and employee engagement workshops
