Assist the Manager, People Operations with benefits administration

4+ years of experience with benefits administration

Act as the point person for our employees’ benefits questions; work to resolve any issues

Onboarding new employees using Lever, Sapling and UKG and ensure an outstanding new hire experience

Own the workflow for role changes, department / manager changes and employee offboarding

4+ years of experience in a human resources or people role

Strong records and database management skills.

Well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, problem solving, project management, and customer service skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or 1-3 years of HR generalist/coordinator experience

Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources, as well as of local, state and federal employment laws

Human Resources professional certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred.
