Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Works closely with mid-level management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Solid, demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems, hands-on experience with Workday preferred.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues with senior level oversight and collaboration. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations, when required.

Utilize sound knowledge of HR policies, standards, and practices to support good governance.
