More than 5 years’ experience working in HRIS / HR operations.

Experience with the principles and techniques of report writing, database tables, and systems integration.

3-5 years of executive office management/administrative assistant or similar experience with increasing responsibilities in a fast-paced organization.

Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Assisting HR Manager with administrative tasks

Assisting Operations Managers with scheduling and staffing.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including advanced Word and Excel skills.
