Create and deliver management dashboards and ad hoc reporting, ensuring reports are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Responsible for global team program management, including maintenance of the agenda for Global and US staff meetings.

Serve as relationship manager between core HR functions, employees and Global HRBP team to ensure coordination and organization across functions.

3 to 4 years of Human Resources or relevant work experience

Strong organizational and professional communication skills

Full cycle support of Workday transaction issues, from information gathering to solution identification and resolution.

Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire boxes, requesting cardkeys and inventory management.

Assist with benefits administration include review of vendor invoices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Prior HR experience or coursework is preferred.

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and checking references.
