Build strong professional relationships with employees, and management teams to deliver value added services.
Collaborate with Managers to onboard new hires, conduct orientation, and partner with the People Office for overall new employee experience.
Multi-state experience preferred, knowledge of employment law and compliance. Solid understanding of Wage and Hour laws, including FLSA.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of EEO and governmental compliance laws, including file submission of EEO1 reporting.
Assist Manager, People & Culture on employee relation matters.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification required or must be able to obtain within 1 year of employment. Maintenance of certification is required.
