Expertise in data visualization best practices, storytelling through data, and visual design of data

Fluent in one or more standard data visualization and short-term dashboard building tools

Two or more years of experience working in People Analytics, Talent Management, Organizational Development and/or Consulting to organizations

Experience partnering with and presenting to senior executives or stakeholders

Basic requirements, skills, and experience:

Partner with managers to develop career paths, identify skill gaps, and build out plans for talent development

Partner with management to develop a performance management, compensation and organizational structure strategies to scale the business

Identify manager & employee training needs, advocate for continuous learning, and provide coaching and mentorship where needed

5-7+ years experience in HR or a related field preferred

Experience coaching leaders through rapid-growth and the challenges of scaling

Experience with HR Operations and Human Capital Management and Learning systems strongly preferred (Workday and ADP specifically)

Outstanding time management skills, with proven ability to multi-task, accomplishing numerous tasks and changing priorities in an effective and timely manner

The People Analytics Manager’s core aims are to understand the data, gather insights, and communicate them effectively.

3+ years of experience in analytics and reporting, preferably in Human Resources

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with virtual cross-functional teams across diverse geographical locations

4 – 5 years of experience in an analytics role

1 year of related experience in Human Resources. 3 years of related experience in Human Resources is preferred

Advanced knowledge with Excel; Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI

Experience in building self-service dashboards

A team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong sense of attention to detail

Excellent storytelling skills, coupled with business acumen with the ability to understand and know your audience
