Overview Pension Outsourcing Benefits Analysts are responsible for providing support to employers in the areas of pension and benefits administration. They are responsible for ensuring that employers are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations related to pension and benefits administration. They also provide advice and guidance to employers on the best practices for managing their pension and benefits programs. Detailed Job Description Pension Outsourcing Benefits Analysts are responsible for providing support to employers in the areas of pension and benefits administration. They are responsible for ensuring that employers are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations related to pension and benefits administration. They also provide advice and guidance to employers on the best practices for managing their pension and benefits programs. They must be able to analyze and interpret pension and benefits data, and provide recommendations to employers on how to optimize their pension and benefits programs. They must also be able to communicate effectively with employers and other stakeholders. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of pension and benefits laws and regulations
• Ability to analyze and interpret pension and benefits data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in pension and benefits administration (e.g. Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in pension and benefits administration
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of pension and benefits laws and regulations
• Knowledge of pension and benefits administration best practices
• Knowledge of pension and benefits data analysis and interpretation
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in pension and benefits administration
• Experience in providing advice and guidance to employers on pension and benefits administration
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting pension and benefits data
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to pension and benefits administration
• Provide advice and guidance to employers on the best practices for managing their pension and benefits programs
