Payroll Benefits Admin is responsible for administering payroll and benefits for an organization. This includes ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, managing employee benefits, and providing support to employees regarding payroll and benefits. The Payroll Benefits Admin will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Processing payroll for all employees, including calculating taxes, deductions, and other payroll-related items
• Managing employee benefits, including enrolling employees in benefits plans, updating employee records, and responding to employee inquiries
• Maintaining accurate payroll and benefits records
• Reconciling payroll and benefits accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of payroll and benefits reports
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assisting with the development and implementation of payroll and benefits policies and procedures
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes and procedures
• Proficiency in payroll and benefits software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• At least two years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits software
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Experience in a customer service role
