Payroll And Accounting Administrator Jobs in Virginia

Demonstrated experience in payroll management within larger companies, with an understanding of complex payroll scenarios.

Professional certifications related to payroll and accounting management.

A solid working knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central and PeopleSoft Payroll (v9.1 or v9.2) is essential.

Proven experience in managing payroll processes within a unionized environment, coupled with familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) agreements.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the payroll team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide management and oversight with review and processing of project-based timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance

Provide analytical reports as required to appropriate management staff

Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 years payroll experience

Minimum 3 years payroll experience
