Team members are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees (150+ Employees)

Prepare monthly payroll summaries with flux analysis for reporting to management.

Manage state tax registrations including handling paperwork, setting up state portals, and updating Gusto/payroll with information upon state registration completion.

Process payroll in a timely manner, including salary, hourly, and contractor payrolls. Manage weekly hourly and contractor payroll

Manage incoming mail related to payroll and taxes.

Collaborate with the accounting team on the analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, benefits billing, and GL financial analysis.

Must possess strong finance skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and solid business acumen

Project management support as we implement payroll efficiencies

Experience using ADP Workforce Now or other enterprise level payroll software

Minimum 5+ years of experience in payroll systems and analysis or CPP

Strong report building skills utilizing payroll software and excel

Bachelor’s or associates degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (Preferred)

Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.
