Strong, proven technical project/program management skills, including project definition, identifying required resources, monitoring deliverables, partner management, progress reporting and tracking.

Run the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, including contract administration, compliance monitoring, change management, and dispute resolution.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract management framework, including processes, policies, and tools, to streamline contract creation, execution, and renewal.

Track and report on contract performance, key achievements, deliverables, and financial aspects, providing regular updates to management and relevant partners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.

Have legal knowledge of contracts to help push through key items through the finish line.

10+ years of general accounting management

Manage accounts payable, receivable, budgeting, planning, financial reporting and general ledger activities

Manage audit process with external auditors and tax professionals

10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a FinTech, Payments, e-commerce, or marketplace startups

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills, with ability to take initiative and build strong, positive relationships

You will lead all aspects of the newly formed Payments program to help Upside process Users’ payments through the app

Build and update the appropriate documentation and/or reporting to maintain alignment across all partners (e.g., PRDs, Product Roadmap, etc.)

Coordinate and run sound experiments to test and validate hypotheses

7+ years of product leadership inclusive of growing product teams

Knowledge/experience using JIRA or similar requirement management tools.

Extensive experience eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders located in different geographic locations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree/University Degree or Equivalent work experience.

Experience performing extensive data mapping and data lineage exercises.

Experience performing in-depth data analysis and data profiling activities.

Strong interpersonal skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems, excellent teamwork skills.
