Payments Operations Lead Jobs in Arkansas

Experience in a financial operations, payment operations or treasury operations role; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Experience working in merchant acquiring or credit card services.

Proven ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deadlines; i.e. scheduling, communication, escalation and risk analysis

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years of related work experience

Assist in the onboarding of new customers by managing configurations in third party and partner platforms

Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within payments and marketplace risk management

Functional knowledge through four or more years of formal education (e.g., university or college degree) or equivalent work experience

Experience with customer management systems

Support the delivery of ongoing reporting on key indicators including loss trends, model effectiveness, operational efficiency and staffing requirements

Strong investigative ability, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Efficiently enter client leads into the system for further processing and management.

Prior experience in the merchant processing industry is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

Build dashboards and reporting and manage operations towards continuous improvement against key SLAs.

Help build, recruit and manage a small team of either perm or BPO resources

Ongoing liaison with sponsor banks to understand their operational needs and communicating feedback with Synctera product managers

5+ years of Financial Services experience
