6+ years of your professional experience includes management consulting

PMP, Agile, or Change Management, LEAN Six Sigma, or CX certifications

The ability to manage ambiguity, demonstrate situational awareness, and effectively support team members in the development of these skills

Translate business strategy into manageable projects for execution

Assist/lead in the assessment, selection and implementation of new technology and business capabilities

Assess change readiness, gather requirements, and perform gap analysis

Leveraging knowledge and skillset to serve as a thought leader on the team

Demonstrated success in client project delivery, including creation of executive-level strategic planning, presentations, and change management

Mentoring less experienced team members

6+ years of experience consulting and/or leading technical and operational patient experience design

6+ years of experience working with Epic, Salesforce, Press Ganey, or equivalent portfolio

3+ years of experience leveraging data to drive actionable insights through journey mapping or equivalent exercise
