The Position

To support our growth, we are hiring experienced professionals with demonstrated success in making a difference for their clients to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with our clients and Pepper Foster teammates to:


  • Elaborate concepts and strategies
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, support and oversight to the Consultant and Associate-level positions within the firm
  • Drive transformational change
  • Contribute to and/or lead internal activities that support the growth of Pepper Foster
  • Facilitate executive workshops and meetings
  • Plan, manage and execute projects, programs and roadmaps
  • Act as a brand ambassador of Pepper Foster in professional and community spaces
  • Assess change readiness, gather requirements, and perform gap analysis
  • Develop and document processes
  • Identify and manage the cultivation and procurement of future opportunities
  • Assist and/or manage client accounts and relationships
  • Develop financial models and business cases


With your strong reputation based on trust and delivering on your promises, you’ll hit the ground running with Pepper Foster, using your established consulting skills to deliver solutions that really make a difference for our clients, teams, and community.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be willing to act in a general support capacity
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Experience managing multiple work streams and/or managing teams
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, demonstrate situational awareness, and effectively support team members in the development of these skills
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Located in the greater Twin Cities area, or willing to relocate
  • Demonstrated experience as a project manager, program manager, change manager, corporate strategy development roles, senior business or financial analysts, or similar roles

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with the stakeholders you serve, and maintain ongoing trusted advisor relationships with several past team members
  • Track record of consistently and successfully delivering complex consulting projects
  • 6+ years of your professional experience includes management consulting

  • Business development acumen & desire to engage professional network
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, AirTable, Visio, Salesforce
  • Demonstrated work history on large, global projects
  • PMP, Agile, or Change Management, LEAN Six Sigma, or CX certifications
  • Exposure to/experience working in large corporations
  • Experience advising C-Suite/Executive level professionals

Base Salary Range

$143,500-$185,000/Annually
