Experience working closely with Marketing to increase funnel conversions to drive revenue

Healthcare sector experience and work with hard-to-reach populations required

Utilize excellent telephonic sales skills to effectively communicate Landmark services and be able to

Uses critical thinking skills to create telephonic outreach strategies that are designed to maximize patient awareness and registration into Landmark’s program

2+ years of related experience in a sales, direct marketing or customer service capacity. Prior experience in healthcare

Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to members

In coordination with Local Outreach Team, support telephonic outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients

Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets

Excellent verbal, written, communication and time management skills

Serves as a mentor and/or provides project management oversight to more junior staff.

Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, as well as a team oriented approach

Leads or participates in change initiatives across and within the Site & Patient Access Business Unit.

BA/BS in the biological sciences or related discipline in the natural sciences/health care field (e.g. RN)
