This is a 100% remote position that is a hybrid inside sales/outside sales role (80/20). This is a salary + commission role with uncapped commission and the potential to make $90-100K+ the first year.
- Problem solve and provide solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations
- Create sales leads by networking, cold-calling and building/maturing relationships with existing / new clientele to identify business opportunities
- Computer literate with an understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Develop a sales strategy in concert with management direction
- Experience selling to C- Level executives
- Display the ability to work independently and as a team
- Produce reports and work product as required
- Bachelors degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics or related experience preferred
- 3 years proven Sales experience, preferably with a 3PL Brokerage, with a strong Dry Truckload, Flatbed/Specialized, LTL, and Intermodal background.
- Minimal Travel Required
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and time management
- Extensive phone and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Maintain composure and professionalism during difficult and stressful situations
