Part Time Professional Learning Trainer Jobs in Texas

Previous instructional and/or tutoring experience with the ability to explain SAT/ACT content and effective teaching methods

Promoting The Enrichery’s culture and values throughout every aspect of the training process

Checking in on new hires after completion of training to ensure right fit and mastery of training-related materials

Flexibility to select schedule/working weeks

Flexibility to select working location out of our 3 offices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to teach a group new concepts or processes.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments.

Minimum one-year theme park leadership or training experience preferred.

Assist with developing and facilitate training classes for park leadership.

Identify training needs, create, and deliver training programs, including Discovery.

Collaborate with departments to ensure consistency between HR training and department training programs.

ü Experience working with a learning management system

ü Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills

ü Participate in career pathing, succession planning, talent management, and professional development plans, for assigned functions

ü 5 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school or in job related duties
