Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

• Request and manage Production to Stage refreshes

• Create, edit, and maintain training items, classes, assessments, curriculums, libraries, and assignment profiles

o Teach training admins how to do the point above

o Teach training admins how to run, save, and/or schedule reports the point above

• Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues within defined SLA through ticketing system (ServiceNow)

• Audit data discrepancies between multiple HR systems and correct data in SuccessFactors Learning

Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)

5+ years' experience in learning and development, corporate training, or related field

Extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering effective learning solutions, including instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, written guides, etc.

Experience in designing targeted, engaging eLearning and multimedia content, including outlining, scripting, storyboarding, etc.

Experience with standard eLearning authoring tools, e.g.,Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360, etc.

Assess business needs to identify learning objectives and develop training plans

Verbal and written communication skills in the English language, active listening, dynamic flexibility, critical thinking, multi-task and time management skills.

Rehab or injury management experience.

Basic skills in computer programs relevant to job duties.

American CPR certification - required

Nationally recognized Personal Training certification - required

Standard First Aid Training Certification - preferred
