Part Time Lead Trainer (33 To 70 Hours Per Month)

Responsibilities

• Developing a strong understanding of the company, our clients, and our communities in order to train hires to exceed the needs of our clients and our company culture
• Keeping our training materials up to date and in alignment with educational trends, academic/school district calendars, and standardized testing protocols and content
• Providing our new hires with firm expectations and tools to excel within their position and a strong first impression of our company
• Checking in on new hires after completion of training to ensure right fit and mastery of training-related materials
• Promoting The Enrichery’s culture and values throughout every aspect of the training process
• Training our new Academic Coach hires with our test preparation (ISEE, ACT, SAT) and executive functioning curriculum during monthly week-long trainings (one or two per month)

Requirements

• Paid training & shadowing with our Director of Service Delivery to understand our coach training and learn how to lead training sessions independently
• This position requires working in one of our office locations, however, you will have flexibility to choose the location most convenient for you for most trainings
• Standard working hours are one to two weeks per month in our office on Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. You may have some flexibility to select the weeks each month that you will be available to work (pending academic calendars and the demands of our clients)
• Previous instructional and/or tutoring experience with the ability to explain SAT/ACT content and effective teaching methods
